We will consider lending on real assets if client can show a clean/legal asset history, clear/legal ownership by client, world class and current appraisal of value and safekeeping of assets (or title docs) with acceptable 3rd party custodian.
The minimum asset value we will consider is $10MM USD and the loan to valul will depend on the asset type, quality, transaction profile and client needs. And the use of proceed must be acceptable to us.
The loan fees which include origination fee and finance fee are quoted on a per transaction basis, plus a due diligence fee for $5000 - $10000 USD is required to cover our legal, expert and due diligence costs.
